Overview[]
Zombirds are pets that follow the zombie horde and give passive bonus. They are not affected by bombs, vehicles or holes. Up to two zombirds can be active at the same time, with the second slot needing 140 diamonds to be unlocked.
Non-owned zombirds appear as black silhouettes, have their names replaced by "???" and are described by a short hint about their bonus. Once obtained, their base level is 1 and all of their stats are visible.
Eggs[]
An egg contains a random zombird. They come in five rarity: Common eggs, giving a Classic zombird. Quite rare eggs, giving a Super zombird. Rare eggs, giving a Hyper zombird. Very rare eggs, giving a Ultra zombird. Ultra rare eggs, giving a Legendary zombird.
Eggs can either be obtained from crates that can be bought in the Market for 30 diamonds, or by fusion.
Obtaining a zombird that is already owned will level it up, upgrading its bonus up to two times, and then eventually give it the ability to fuse.
Fusion[]
For 500 coins, it's possible to fuse two zombirds of the same rareness that are level 6 or higher (called "maximum level" in-game) to get an egg of the next superior rarity containing a completely random zombird of this rarity. Two zombirds who don't fall under these criteria, or are Legendary zombirds (as there is no higher rarity), will not be able to fuse.
Once the fusion is complete, the fused zombirds are not gone, but lose 3 of their levels (for example, a level 8 zombird will fall back to level 5).
